Rod Teggelove
Managing Director
Rod Teggelove is one of the Co-Founders and Managing Director of Rodine Australia. A key motivation for Rod in establishing Rodine was to provide a diverse service offering to clients that could deliver innovative and challenging projects with unequalled professionalism.
Rod initially ran a landscaping business Western Australia, where he also undertook his formal qualifications; Bachelor of Applied Science Construction and Economics (Honors). Moving to Melbourne in early 2000’s to work for Lendlease, the experience of working for a Tier 1 builder provided Rod with a deep understanding of the many different roles within the construction industry and the importance of creating a cohesive team when delivering projects.
Rod’s style of management is firmly focused on high levels of communication across all projects and teams and providing a solutions-based service to all clients. From a building perspective, Rod particularly enjoys the more challenging logistical projects and working with collaborative and engaged project teams.
Rod’s unique strength is his ability to understand a client’s brief and turn this into a buildable project which is able to be delivered efficiently and meeting expectations. This customer focused approach has led Rodine to becoming the builder of choice for many clients who respect the solution-focused attitude, reliability and confidence of delivery.
