Challenge

This phase of Southland’s refurbishment required replacing lighting, flooring and installation of new seating and other visitor amenities.

Build

As with most retail refurbishments that Rodine undertakes, care was taken to avoid impacts to trading and public safety. Construction occurred after hours and each morning the site was prepared for trading – even dust was wiped away from display windows.

Service

Rodine fully understands the client’s needs. In this case, it was the need to maintain good relationships with the client’s major stakeholders such as centre tenants. At the completion of the revamp, Southland strengthened its claim as a premier shopping and entertainment destination.
